We are in the city of Binondo, Manila in the National Capital Region of the Philippines.

Do you have a sales location?

We do not have a store or branch on the street, our way of selling is through the e-commerce platform.  

What are Robothouse's business hours?

We operate Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Philippine Time, with a lunch break between 12 pm and 2:00 pm.

Customer Service(reply within 24 hours on a business day) questions regarding:

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Bank Deposit, Online Payment and Cash on Delivery (Local Purchase Only) as our mode of payment.

If you have chosen “Bank Deposit” as the payment option, it will show you the data of our bank account so that you can make the transfer via the web or a cash deposit at your bank branch. These same data will reach you in the email you registered (if they do not arrive, check the “spam” folder). After making the transfer, send us the receipt by email to speed up the process.

In case you have chosen “Online Payment” as payment options when you click “Confirm order,” it takes you to a new page indicating that after clicking “Complete payment,” you will be redirected to the payment site so that you can complete your payment via with a credit card.

For "Cash on Delivery" payment option, please make sure to pay and accept the delivery on time.

We charge only the Government imposed taxes and the shipping charges over the chosen item’s displayed price.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place an order. You can select options. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so will not set up an account, and it will not result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

The item I want to purchase is 'out of stock'

Since we ship through different channels, we shall be able to deliver those items to you. Mail us the list of items you wish to purchase to, and we shall get in touch with you.

Can I reserve an order?

Yes, you can reserve an order however we only have a one-week in advance reservation policy for our products, as these items sell out fast.

I wish to cancel or change my order

Drop a mail to with your Order ID, and our Customer Care team shall assist you with our Cancellation Policies.

How many days can I receive my order?

We dispatch the items on the very next working day. The shipping will depend on the zone you are residing in. The farther you are, the longer the shipping will be. For example, Zone A cities should receive the delivery within 1-3 days, Zone B within 2-5 days, and so on.

I wish to order in 'bulk', will I have discounts?

We have good news – Yes! Mail us the items and the quantity of each item to and we shall provide you a quotation with the best prices.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt of the consignment due to the sensitive nature of the products. If 7 days have gone by since the product was delivered, a refund or exchange would not be acknowledged unless mentioned by the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must carry a warranty, be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and do not lose your warranty slip.

Refunds and Replacements

The Dealer / Manufacturer warranty (if offered) only covers the defects in the item that may be discovered during the first seven days of receipt of the item, unless mentioned otherwise. The warranty doesn’t include items broken or damaged due to mishandling by the buyer. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt and should reach us within 15 days of receipt in the original packing with all the original parts/components/contents/accessories.

Any damaged components will not be replaced. The buyer will pay returns delivery charges. 

Any Repair or Replacement of Defective Parts will be charged to the Customer, If the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, and willful damage.

This Warranty is Void If The product Is damaged after delivery by an accident, natural calamities, mishandling, failure to follow operational instructions, exposure to rain, water, or heavy moisture-laden conditions, repaired by unauthorized persons, storage near any heat source or in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, improper safekeeping or other acts of God.

If the Warranty is Void for the above-mentioned reasons or any other reason that the Robothouse representative feels so, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. In case of any dispute, Robothouse’s decision shall be final and binding, and in no case shall Robothouse, our partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility, because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in such states or jurisdictions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall process the refund and notify you of your refund status.

Late in case of a refund or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please check with your Credit/Debit Card Company or your Bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is made. In case you still are unsure about your refund, contact us at

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To return your product, you should mail your product to our headquarters.
